SMC International Easy Money Transfer™

 

All types of interaction between Company and Customers are regulated by the below Code of Implementation of EASY MONEY TRANSFER™. Customers not familiarized or discontent with any particular clause or whole Statement, should not interact with Company with respect to it.

 

 

1.                Policy and Regulations.

1.1.Money transfer amounts up to $ 1,000 added before 11:00 a.m. of the ongoing business day shall be considered deposited as of the current date. Such amounts shall be delivered within 1 business day upon elapsing of 48 hours from effective date of deposit.

1.2.Money transfer amounts up to $ 1,000 added after 11:00 a.m. of the ongoing business day shall be considered deposited as of the next business day. Such amounts shall be delivered within 1 business day upon elapsing of 48 hours from effective date of deposit.

1.3.Money transfer amounts from $1,000 to $10,000 added before 11:00 a.m. of the ongoing business day shall be delivered within 1 business day upon elapsing of 72 hours from effective date of deposit.

1.4.Money transfer amounts from $1,000 to $10,000 added after 11:00 a.m. of the ongoing business day shall be considered deposited as of the next business day. Such amounts shall be delivered within 1 business day upon elapsing of 72 hours from effective date of deposit.

1.5.Money transfer amounts of $ 10,000 and above shall be delivered upon elapsing of 5 business days, within 1 business day.

2. Interaction of Customer and Company.

2.1. The remittance Application Form is to be filled personally by Sender with obligatory filling of all, without exception, lines of the Form. In case of missing or incorrect Sender’s information, SMC International cannot guarantee duly delivery of money to the recipient. In all other cases stipulated by the present Statement, SMC International guarantees duly delivery of funds to the recipient.

2.2. Should the information on remittance arrives to the Central Office of SMC International after 20:00 of the ongoing business day, confirmation of the funds’ departure can be issued not earlier than 11 a.m. of the following business day.

3. Responsibilities of Parties.

3.1. If for any reasons, except circumstances of force majeure, SMC International fails its obligations on a remittance in the terms indicated in the present Statement, the Company bears full responsibility for infringement of conditions of present Statement, reimburses eventual losses to the Customer.

 Все взаимоотношения между Компанией и Клиентами регулируются нижеприведенными правилами осуществления денежных переводов по системе EASY MONEY TRANSFER™. Клиенты, не ознакомившиеся с правилами или не согласные с каждым отдельным и со всеми пунктами в целом, не должны вступать во взаимодействие с Компанией.  

1.    Основные положения

1.1.  Суммы до 1,000 долларов США, внесенные до 11 часов утра текущего дня, считаются внесенными в этот же день. Такие суммы выдаются в течение 1-го рабочего дня по истечении 48 часов со дня внесения средств.

1.2.  Суммы до 1,000 долларов США, внесенные после 11 часов утра текущего дня, считаются внесенными на следующий рабочий день. Такие суммы выдаются в течение 1-го рабочего дня по истечении 48 часов со дня внесения средств.

1.3.  Суммы от 1,000 до 10,000 долларов, внесенные до 11 часов утра текущего дня, доставляются в течение 1-го рабочего дня  по истечении 72 часов со дня внесения средств.

1.4.  Суммы от 1,000 до 10,000 долларов, внесенные после 11 часов утра текущего дня, считаются внесенными на следующий рабочий день. Такие суммы доставляются в течение 1-го рабочего дня  по истечении 72 часов со дня внесения средств.

1.5.  Суммы от 10,000 долларов и выше доставляются по истечении 5 рабочих дней в течение 1-го рабочего дня.  

 2.        Взаимоотношения Клиента и Компании.

2.1.  Форма денежного перевода заполняется лично отправителем с обязательным заполнение всех без исключения граф Формы. В случае пропуска или неверного заполнения какой-либо графы данных отправителя SMC International не может гарантировать своевременную доставку перевода получателю. Во всех остальных случаях, оговоренных настоящим Положением, SMC International гарантирует своевременную доставку средств получателю.

2.2.  Если информация о переводе поступает в Центральный Офис SMC International после 20:00 часов текущего дня, то подтверждение об отправке может быть выдано только после 11 часов утра следующего рабочего дня.  

3.        Ответственность сторон

3.1.  Если по каким-либо причинам, исключая форс-мажорные обстоятельства, SMC International не осуществляет своих обязательств по денежному переводу в указанные в настоящем Положении сроки, Компания несет полную ответственность за нарушение условий данного Положения, возмещает Клиенту возможные убытки.

С вышеуказанными Положениями ознакомлен и согласен.
